A three part renovation in this multi-family brownstone located in Cobble Hill. In this duplex unit, there were two floors dedicated to this unit with new stair, rear window/door system, gutted bathrooms, with rear master suite and bath addition. Interiors were kept high contrast between light and dark in a neutral color palette. Stair was kept open to stitch the spaces together keeping it light and airy. Bathrooms were kept neutral, but highlighted with pattern. Furniture was kept functional, affordable, and cozy for this family of four.
